Grace Collective has the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time should they deem appropriate. Any aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviours will not be tolerated. If a client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the client will be refused services and will need to reschedule their appointment.
COVID-19 Considerations
Grace Collective is committed to protecting the health and safety of our clients and our team members. We have made the decision to open our doors to in-person clients, while continuing the option of virtual services for those that feel more comfortable with this option. We are closely monitoring recommendations from the provincial and federal governments to make sure this happens. With these recommendations in mind, here are our commitments to you as well as our updated health procedures.

We are staying home and rescheduling sessions if we have the symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19

We are limiting physical contact in the office, including avoiding shaking hands

We will be offering a hybrid of in-person and virtual appointments in order to limit the number of people in the office
Health Procedures for the Office:

Please stay home and reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19, including coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or fatigue. If it is less than 24 hours cancellation, your therapist will determine with you whether the cancellation fee should be waived.

We will not be able to offer drinks or beverages at your appointment at this time. Please bring your own beverage or grab a drink before you arrive if you would like to have a beverage at your appointment.
